CANCELLATION POLICY 
Conference registrations may be cancelled via email Alex (she/her) at [email protected] by May 1, 2027, for a full refund. No refunds after May 1, 2027.

The California Bankruptcy Forum (“CBF”) is committed to fostering a professional, respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all event participants, whether conducted in person or online. This Code of Conduct applies to all participants, including CBF members, attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, volunteers, guests, and administration staff.
Expectations
Participants are expected to:
• Conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, honesty, and respect.
• Foster an inclusive, collegial, and welcoming environment.
• Engage in thoughtful and constructive dialogue.
• Respect the diversity of professional perspectives and expertise represented within the community.
• Comply with applicable laws, venue policies, and CBF event guidelines.
• Refrain from disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or intimidation.
• Unwelcome verbal, written, or physical conduct.
• Disruptive behavior during events, whether conducted in person or online.
• Misrepresentation of professional qualifications or affiliations.
• Inappropriate solicitation or commercial promotion.
Reporting and Enforcement
Participants who experience or witness conduct inconsistent with this Code are encouraged to notify CBF leadership or event personnel. CBF reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code, including removal from an event or restriction from future participation.
By participating in CBF activities, all participants agree to uphold these standards and contribute to a respectful, ethical, professional, and inclusive community.
