BOOKING YOUR HOTEL ROOM

You will receive the link to book a hotel room a the discounted rate of $329/night* plus applicable taxes when you register for the conference. The discounted group block rate ends on April 20, 2026 but we may run out ahead of time, so don't delay booking a room. The above rate is inclusive of a $20 resort fee. CANCELLATION AND EARLY DEPARTURE FEES

If you do not cancel your hotel room reservation 72 hours before arrival, you forfeit a one night room and tax non-refundable deposit as a cancellation fee. If you check out before your reserved checkout date, the hotel may charge an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax.

The Hyatt Regency wine country retreat features three onsite restaurants with rustic, elegant spaces of fieldstone and weathered wood. Savor small plates, hearty entrées and craft drinks made with fresh, local ingredients, offering an authentic taste of wine country with indoor and outdoor dining options.

The Historic Railroad Square across the street offers additional options, as well as tasting rooms, and shopping.

*The rate quoted  includes the destination fee of $20.00 (discounted from $35/night), taxable at 9% California Sales tax, 2% Sonoma County occupancy Assessment, 3% City of Santa Rosa occupancy assessment and a .00195% California Tourism Assessment fee. per room, per night. The fee includes the following: unlimited personal WI-FI access in guest room and lobby, unlimited local calls, unlimited 800 calls, in-room coffee and tea, access to the fitness facility, lawn games, access to heated pool and jacuzzi, access to bicycles, exclusive winery offers from our winery partners, electric vehicle charging stations, daily water at lobby and wine tasting in our lobby every Friday from 4pm-6pm.
