President's Message
Dear Members of the California Bankruptcy Forum,
It is my distinct honor to serve as your President of the California Bankruptcy Forum.
Founded in 1988, CBF is the preeminent volunteer organization for insolvency professionals in California, with nearly 1,000 members in seven regional chapters, known as fora, throughout California. Our membership includes bankruptcy and insolvency attorneys as well as financial advisors, brokers, trustees, accountants, turnaround specialists and other professionals who work in the insolvency arena.
The California Bankruptcy Forum continues to be a vital platform where bankruptcy attorneys and judges come together to collaborate, share expertise, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
As we face ongoing economic challenges, our collective commitment to justice, education, and innovation remains essential. I encourage all members to engage actively in our upcoming events, seminars, and initiatives designed to enhance our practice and strengthen our community.
Together, we are shaping the future of bankruptcy law in California—advocating for fair, ethical, and effective resolutions for our clients and the courts we serve.
Thank you for your dedication and service to this important profession.
President,
Maggie Schroedter, Robberson Schroedter LLP
