- Please
provide one (1) double-spaced copy of the manuscript submitted
for consideration and a 3-1/2" floppy disk containing the
document as a Word or WordPerfect document file.
- In
both text and footnotes, authors shall follow the style
for law review articles presented in the Blue Book: A Uniform
System of Citation (16th edition).
- As
a condition to publication, the author must assign the copyright
to the subject article to the California Bankruptcy Journal.
Absent agreement to the contrary, the California Bankruptcy
Journal reserves the right to grant permission to reprint
any article appearing in the Journal, and to retain or assign
the copyright to each article published.
- At
the time of submission of their articles for publication,
authors also will be required to submit an abstract of their
article, not to exceed 250 words in length, for publication
in full text on the California Bankruptcy Journal Web page.
- Authors
are required to inform the editors in writing if they are
involved in representations or matters that are related
to the subject matter of the manuscript.
